Harold M. "Hal" Matzner (born 1935) is an American businessman and philanthropist. He is chairman, chief executive officer, and majority owner of Spencer’s Restaurant Corporation. He has been owner or partner of several companies, including the chain of restaurants in Illinois known as Spencer's Steakhouse & Grille; Houlihan's Restaurants; The George Hotel in Chicago;[1] and the Marriott Chicago Magnificent Mile Suites Hotel.
